How Our Office Works

Welcome! We’re excited to support you on your journey toward greater balance and well-being.

As a new client, you’ll begin with an Introductory Call, followed by a Consultation, which will be scheduled during the Introductory Call. During this initial conversation, you’ll complete a brief questionnaire and set up your consultation session.

Please schedule the Introductory Call a few days in advance to allow time to complete the questionnaire and upload any relevant documents (such as prior lab work) to your portal. This helps us make the most of our time together and better understand how we can support your wellness goals.

While no specific recommendations are provided during the Introductory Call, you will gain a clear understanding of our approach and how we may be able to support you. During the Consultation Call, we will review your submitted information, including any prior lab data, and discuss a personalized wellness plan focused on education and balance.

The questionnaire will cover:

• Your current and past health concerns
• Diets or nutritional approaches you’ve tried or are currently following
• Experiences with previous healthcare providers
• Current medical care or wellness approaches you’re using
• Challenges you’re currently navigating

This Introductory Call allows us to understand your unique needs and ensures we are fully prepared for your Consultation and personalized plan review.

The new client fee is $200 total:

$100 non-refundable to schedule the Introductory Call
$100 to schedule the Consultation and plan discussion

Once your Introductory Call is scheduled, you’ll receive access to unlimited portal messaging for educational support.

All calls are conducted via phone or Zoom, based on your preference.
